2. Resetting Your Device: If possible, please reset your iPhone before bringing it in. This helps speed up the repair process. If you’re unable to reset it, you will need to provide your device’s passcode as it will be required for post-repair testing.
3. Battery Replacements on iOS 17.4 or Above: For iPhones running iOS 17.4 or later, Apple requires the device’s OS to be restored to accurately reflect the new battery health after a battery replacement. This makes it especially critical to back up and reset your device before bringing it in for service.
