If you entered your correct WhatsApp number, you'll shortly receive a WhatsApp message from REGEN. The message should include the model of the device, it's online evaluation and a 'Yes' or 'No' question asking if you live in Lahore. Please tap on 'Yes' or 'No' to proceed.

Setting up the meeting

Our team will carefully go through your submission and either refuse to buy your AirPods or schedule a meeting with you in person. If your device is approved by the purchasing team, you will be contacted by a representative to set up a meeting. Please check your schedule before setting up the meeting to avoid any inconvenience.

Preparing the device for sale

Once your meeting has been scheduled, it's time for you to prepare your AirPods for sale. Here are the steps you can follow to make the process easier:

• Clean your AirPods

• Look for the accessories/box and keep them handy

• Keep your AirPods at least 50% charged

• Remove any skins or stickers

Send the device to us

If you live outside of Lahore the only way we can purchase your AirPods is if you send them to us. You may send them directly to us through a courier company or a friend/relative in Lahore who can bring them to us on your behalf. Our team will physically inspect them, if we decide to purchase them you'll get the amount sameday or we'll simply return your AirPods.

Preparing the device for shipping

Once you receive the go ahead from our support team to ship your phone, please make sure you follow these steps:

• Pack the AirPods and accessories (if available) very carefully.

• Share the courier company's slip with our support team.
